You must select the correct delivery option depending on the contents of your order. If you do not, we will contact you and give you the option to resolve the issue or cancel the order.



Wigs, Hair Pieces & Head Wear

  • We have a 14 day return policy for our Wigs, Hair Pieces and Headwear.
  • You have 14 days from the invoice date to request a refund. If your order is not received within 5 working days, then this time will be extended. (This is due requirements from our suppliers)
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
  • For personal hygiene reasons we cannot accept any item back that has been worn, styled, cut, coloured, sprayed or smelling of cigarette smoke. If this is the case, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
  • We will email you to let you know if your return has been accepted or not.

Hair Care and Styling Products 

  • We have a 14 day return policy for our hair care and styling products.
  • Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, all products must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. 
  • We will email you to let you know if your return has been accepted or not.



  • We do not refund ‘Sale’ items, you may request a swap or online store credit.

  • In you email please include: The item(s) you are returning, the reason for your return and the date you returned the order to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly suggest that you send them back to us via a Trackable Service to ensure the safe return as proof of postage will not be accepted if we do not receive the goods.
