UK Orders

Deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales – FREE shipping.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or Internationally.

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day but this is not always possible as we may not have the item in stock.

Please allow 7-14 days from the date of your order. You will be contacted by email regarding any delays.

Premium Recorded Delivery (DPD Local). Delivery requires a signature upon delivery.

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.


Wigs, Hair Pieces & Head Wear

Our policy lasts 7 days from the invoice date (the date we dispatch your order).

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

This is due to the supplier requirement that we must return the wig to our supplier within 14 days of us ordering it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For personal hygiene reasons we cannot accept any item back that has been worn, styled, cut, coloured, sprayed or smelling of cigarette smoke. If this is the case the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given

Hair Care Products 

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. 

Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly suggest that you send them back to us via a Trackable Service to ensure the safe return as proof of postage will not be accepted if we do not receive the goods.
