If any of the above applies to you, you are entitled to receive the VAT off the cost of your wig and/or hairpiece at the time of purchase.
Please note: VAT exemption applies to wigs/hairpieces only and does not apply to accessories like headwear & headscarves.

Option 1 – Download the VAT exemption form here and complete it accordingly. Find/request a note or letter from the hospital containing your name and condition; then send these attachments to us via email at sales@morganswigstore.com. Please also include the items you wish to order.
On completion we will provide you with a coupon code that will deduct 20% (VAT rate) off your order at checkout. We will provide this coupon code to the email that is used to send the VAT exemption form.
Option 2 – On completion of your order, you can send your VAT exemption form and letter/note of proof from your hospital to us via email at sales@morganswigstore.com or post it to (please note your order number on the form)
